Please bring the completed release form
and photo identification: passport, driver's license or student I.D.

o Please wear loose clothing (pants,
shirt) and tennis shoes; jackets and socks are recommended.
o Participants are asked to bring a thick mat.
Mats will be available for purchase at the venue for 10. Everyone
is also asked to bring a notebook and a pencil or pen.
o The workshop will be conducted in English.
Headphones with translation into other
languages will be available
for a small fee, depending on the number of practitioners requesting translation
in your language.
o No recording devices or cameras
will be allowed into the hall.
o During the workshop, please refrain from using your cell phone;
turn it off or put it in vibrate mode.
o We would like to suggest that in order
to evoke an atmosphere of consideration and affection, and especially to
support expansive, spacious breathing for all present, please refrain from
wearing perfume or cologne, or any heavy or artificial fragrances or scents
wherever possible.
o To avoid risk of injury, please consult your physician before
beginning this or any other physical movement program. The instructions
presented in this workshop are in no way intended as a substitute for medical
